Generation Next wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, refunds or exchanges are available. Shipping is non-refundable.

We can accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations however, please:

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Custom or Personalized Items

Due to the nature of these items, Customized or Personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

Damaged items will be assessed and a replacement will be determined based on the extent of damage. Shipping costs for these services are shared.
